The Gyoza Omelet


I introduce you: THE GYOZA OMELET.
I am using the regular ingredients for Gyoza fillings.
Marinated pork/beef filling with some vegetables.
 But instead of using the Gyoza skin, we used egg!
Using a ladle (if it is called a ladle idk..) to make the omelet skin for the Gyoza.
And then put in a small piece of the filling and fold it like this!
 Here you go, THE GYOZA OMELET.
