Dijon Mustard Chicken

Hello cooking Queens and Kings!
Today I have this Dijon Mustard Chicken dish. Dijon Mustard is not regular Mustard with the strong taste.
This French Mustard includes white wine and brown mustard seeds along with different kind of spices. This is what makes the chicken tasting sweet and smelling great.
And this is one bowl dish, I putted some potatoes, zucchinis and carrots on the bottom.
Just to finish of the dish I added garlic and rosemary on top.
This is what the so called one pot dineer is like and I was so excited to test this out!
