Snowflake Pudding | (EN)

I wanted something cold that doesn't melt like ice cream.. Something way more delicate: Hello snowflake pudding! This snowflake pudding is made with the finest coconut milk to give it a smooth texture. This doesn't taste too sweet which means this is one of these desserts that can be eaten throughout the day (yay)! I covered each piece with coconut flakes to give it a more interesting texture.
(Well, this couldn't be easier)
1. Put all ingredients together in a saucepan and stir all together EXCEPT the flakes.
