Century Egg Pastry


"Century Egg?" What? Is that an thousand year old egg?!?  Pff god it isn't.
These eggs are seasoned in their shell for a period. It really sounds weird, but believe me: The combination of a black century egg and this devilish flaky pastry is amaaaaazing.
This flaky pastry is kind of a puff pastry but less puffy (terrible explanation, sorry~!)
