Colour changing Lemonade

Colour changing anything is every unicorns fan. Just like those colour changing sequin cushions... Today I am not sharing another simple lemonade drink with you but I am sharing a colour changing version of it! Doesn't it sound mouthwatering already?

Colour changing Lemonade Servings: 2

Ingredients:
Butterfly pea flower tea:
Lemonade
  • 90 gram sugar
  • 400 ml water
  • 90 gram lemon juice (4 lemons)
Instructions:

  1. To make the lemonade: add water and sugar and make it boil for 2 minutes or till all sugar are dissolved 
  2. Add lemon juice to the sugar/water mixture and set it aside
  3. To make the butterfly pea flower tea just let it sit in cold water (or to make it an intense blue, use hot water)
Assemble:
  1. Add butterfly pea flower tea in a glass (around 1/4 of glass)
  2. Slowly add lemonade by using a spoon to separate the lemonade with the tea
  3. stir and watch the magic
